The convention of the Reale Group 2024 WE PLAY 4 REAL, held at the Inalpi Arena in Turin, was a great success and created an extraordinary melting pot, with over 3,200 people arriving from Italy, Spain, Greece, and Chile. Produced by Piano B for the aim of making music be the common language of speaking the sense of belonging and collective participation among its participants. Centrally, the convention featured an electrifying performance by Rockin’1000, the world’s biggest rock band, boasting 250 musicians. What is more surprising is the fact that some of these 250 musicians were picked from within the employees of the Reale Group, making the concert not only enormous in excitement but also filled with personal and engaging experience. All staged by the rock band, guiding the public through an unforgettable musical journey, as a metaphor of unity and collaboration. The design of the stage was called “disobedient” and inventive; 360° was surrounded by the audience, giving it an immersive feeling. This underlined the convention’s message of collective participation and engagement. In a nutshell, the stage design was dynamic and inclusive in such a manner that every attendant felt very much concerned with the performance itself and with others, making the whole event very effective. The lighting was designed by our studio and really highlighted the vibrant feel of this convention. The WE PLAY 4 REAL convention was not just about having fun with music and unity; it was an example of the sustainability that Reale Group believes in. It had been certified for organizing a sustainable event with ISO 20121, and Piano B was charged with the calculation and compensation of the CO2 emissions. That instance of environmental concern really stressed the future-oriented and responsible organization of the event.
