LUISA SPAGNOLIMFW | SEPTEMBER 2025
Lighting Design by BLEARRED
For Milan Fashion Week September 2025, Luisa Spagnoli presented a collection built around a sense of personal journey.
Soft. Intimate. Grounded in reality.
A narrative shaped by balance, restraint, and quiet transformation.
The project, developed in collaboration with Random Production, translated this direction into a spatial experience.
The environment was clean. Controlled. Essential.
A neutral field designed to support perception rather than dominate it.
Blearred developed the lighting design as a continuous extension of this atmosphere.
Everything was built around a warm tonal palette.
Soft ambers. Natural hues.
A sense of familiarity and depth.
At the same time, the system was carefully balanced for the cameras present in the room.
Warmth without distortion.
Precision without losing emotion.
At the center of the show, the space opened into a different condition.
A field of autumn grass.
Still. Textural. Grounded.
Within this landscape, a system of small, dim points of light emerged.
Fireflies.
Subtle. Scattered. Alive.
They did not illuminate in a traditional way.
They suggested presence.
A rhythm of light that appeared and disappeared.
This moment introduced a shift in perception.
From control to something more organic.
From structure to atmosphere.
The lighting became almost invisible.
Working at a micro scale.
Enhancing depth, texture, and movement without imposing itself.
The project developed through a close internal collaboration, with the design direction led by Matteo Masini and the process coordinated by Ivan Russo.
On site, the dialogue between concept and execution was carried by Jordan Babev, ensuring consistency between vision and reality.
The spatial system was developed through 3D modelling by Marzio del Sole, while the live operation of the show was handled by Matteo De Salvia.
The integration with the set was supported by Cecilia Magnozzi.
The result is a refined and atmospheric environment.
A space where light supports emotion without overtaking it.
Where a minimal gesture, like a field of fireflies, becomes the defining memory of the show.
